The external joinery is matched in dimensions and geometry according to the traditional openings of the protected architectural typology of the Krapanj settlement. The exterior carpentry is wooden with sun protection coordinated with the traditional elements of "škura" or shutters.
The facade is partly designed with visible stonework modeled on the traditional stonework of the protected architectural typology of Krapanj.
The fence walls were planned according to the model of the traditional ones, built in layers with stone that was usually used in traditional architecture, therefore, as dry walls (gabions), and the street wall was built with stone blocks and a metal fence.
Mediterranean plants and holm oak and olive trees will be used in the horticultural arrangement.
Paving of outdoor paths and surfaces will be made of domestic light limestone.
All technological devices are placed in such a way that they do not endanger the design of the building and the visual integrity of the architecture of the historic core.
In accordance with the agreed conditions, the building will be connected to the newly built street water supply network, and the drainage to the new sewage system of the island of Krapanj.
